BUSDEV 723 provides a hands-on exploration of the processes, tools, and mindsets used to create and commercialise new products or services. Designed around a studio model, students progress through six structured sprints that mirror real-world innovation stages from opportunity framing and user insight to prototyping, validation, and strategic launch planning.
Students are invited to imagine or select a new product or service idea aligned with their interests, organisation, or entrepreneurial goals. Over the course of ten weeks, they build a portfolio of professional artefacts that document their development process and demonstrate their capacity to turn an idea into a viable offering.
