This course is designed for students interested in deepening their knowledge of how behaviours can be understood within the context of the social psychology of the classroom.
The course offers an opportunity to critically engage with literature informing social psychological dynamics and processes considered fundamental to learning and teaching, with special reference to the Aotearoa/New Zealand's unique setting.
Discussion of practical implications of current research is facilitated in class and in online forums, and a well-supported qualitative research experience is provided offering the opportunity to develop collaborative and independent research skills.
