Provide more instructions and clarity of what exactly will be testable and the lecture content that you should study directly from.

4 lab demonstrators is a high teaching ratio; thus, more staff would be inappropriate.

Possibly more student resources encouraging more independent student work would reduce each student to supervisor time.
